This is a fabulous set. A few years ago, I was searching for a proper cursor set with highlighted cursors and could not find a proper one for Windows 10. This cursor set is very good, but unfortunately you have missed out two cursor roles. Windows 10 - 19H1 and above has 17 cursor roles, so please add the two missing cursor roles to this set.

Please add the Text Select cursor and the Precision Select cursor roles. I need those two cursors for a complete Windows 10 highlighted cursor set.

The hotspots and the yellow highlighting effect you used for this cursor set looks perfect with very realistic Windows 10 cursors.

I guess its alright... I believe you can already add highlight to your cursor in settings. Also, the Bg and Busy aren't animated!!! I'll give you a 4

It's nice! It'll help cuz I lose track of my cursor a lot, but the location and person elect cursors aren't centered, and it looks a bit weird. Also, I saw your comment on the Busy/WIB cursors, and this is not really a problem, but it would look better if you could simply make the whole ring blue instead of having the light blue segment of it. Otherwise, pretty good.

Good cursors

Well I am totally satisfied with these cursors because they are absolutely beautiful and very useful too. They can be used for a tutorial video (This is the most sensible and obvious use for these cursors). They can be applied to any Windows PC. I use Windows 10 and they work fine with it. You can apply these cursors in Control Panel and I indeed did so.
