If you are using a RW icon editor then Vlasta may be able to assist you.
You could try Xara 3d.

So I was there, sitting, staring at this set and I thought: "Yeah, they're sharp!". But what's missing? What's missing? And I thought: "Diagonal arrows". So would you please add them? Very please! That would be cool if you added them.
