Wow, great cursors there, 4qts. They're very original, as I see. Just, one detail: the hotspot of the busy cursor is in the wrong place, it should be in the middle. Otherwise these cursors are good, maybe. Try to test out your cursors before uploading them, so you can make sure that the cursors that you are going to upload have their hotspot on the right place.
