No. Just, no. DO NOT use a round surface as a mous cursor hot spot. It makes it so hard to find the hot spot. Sorry but no.

They are colorful. These would be better as icon files although they could use some more cropping to remove the debris or static that appears around the edges. I would prefer they be your own design and not just a colored version of the RW logo icon.

An outline would be useful. But I don't understand why NormalRarity is that harsh. This cursor has very beatiful colors and looks quite nice!
Maybe you should emphasize the hotspot with a dot.
