I found that the basic Aero cursors were too small on my netbook, and the larger sets were too ugly. So! I dove into Photoshop and RW Cursor Editor and tadaaa.
Hope you like 'em!

Also, are the darker ones really necessary? I think that you should decide which look better and stay with them. The other ones just make it look like you have more than you really have, but, that is your choice.
