Youre gonna have to change the busy in background and busy because it just doesnt look right.

Exactly what I was thinking. I like them but the busy and the working in background cursors just look off. Also, everybody uses them. I'm a big fan of making them look a little different for those two and the text one, but they have to at least look similar. Also, the precision select looks to obvious because they already look like a target, think of something different. Also,the hotspot for the link select is off, as well as for the handwriting.
