Target shares its measurements
with the Win3D move cursor(20x20px);
The circle for the Wayland role is
the forbiddance sign as seen in the
default unavailable cursor(22x22)
filled up & shaded to make it appear
a bit more spherical;
The X was, again, drawn atop
the forbiddance sign.
Same size(22x), same hotspot;

They are not Linux cursors.
the Linux roles are there, but I can't turn them into Linux cursors, because I don't have the capable software to do so. read the description! - by
