I have some photos with spots of dusts due to dirty lens. Can this software remove them in a batch mode? Fotofan

That depends on the nature of the spots. If the Reduce noise filter or another Photoshop-compatible filter you'll find and install can do the job satisfactory, then you can apply it in batch.
