cursors

im trying to download a cool cursor. i save it on my computer then when i try to open it then it says this is not supported or something. it says that windoes needs to know what program is supporting it and i dont know what to do or put

You cant use a cursor by double clicking it you have to go to the Control Panel -> Mouse -> Pointers and set them from there.

If you want to edit the cursor then tell it to open it with RealWorld Cursor Editor.
