These are icons , not cursors.
You download the icons and apply them to shortcuts, folders and programs in the respective properties window.

11219 is the icon's individual identifying number.
Use the icon's number that appears last in the url of the icon's detail page.

Use the same basic code as with the smiley:

[[image:icon-image/8301-32x32x32.png]]

and change the 8301 number to 11219 and you will have a Spikey Red icon like this one...

Alternatively you may simply add an icon to your quick-code bar from the icon's detail page.
Click the 'Add' button under the icon description and download button to add it to your comments quick-code bar.
Click the 'Remove' button under the icon description and download button to remove it from your comments quick-code bar.
