The Spin frame button can be found in the toolbar near the list of animation frame in RealWorld Cursor Editor. It duplicates the selected frame given number of times and rotates each frame by a different amount.
Angle specifies the amount of degrees the object will turn. For example, if the angle is set to 180, it would do a half turn.
Steps is the amount of steps it will turn. The more steps, the more smoother the animation would be.
The tool is available on the current version of the Cursor Editor. However, the object can move off-center. This is fixed in the most recent preview version of the Cursor Editor. The link for download can be downloaded here.
