my cursor does not load with windows

every time i sign on to my account in windows vista my custom cursors do not load with it. it runs the standard vista cursors. i have to go back under my pointer options and reslect the cursor set

custom cursors come up as corrupt

my custom cursors dont even work when i try to use them it tells me my cursor is corrupt
