Splash Screen does not change
If I select an PNG file, the splash screen does not change. So this is an issue I am currently experiencing with RealWorld Paint. I am running version 2013.1 on a Windows 10 machine with version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1387). I go ahead and go to "About...5 β
Pros: 
This cursor make me look like I'm in a Roblox game. 
Nice job on making custom cursors for the resizes. 
You did a awesome job recreating the loading animation for the "Busy" cursor! 
An excellent job creating modified versions of the standard selection cursor for the "Text", "Handwriting", "Help", and "Unavailable" cursors.

This cursor set is really cool, that I made a alternate colored version for use on a Windows 10 machine. Do note that I won't be uploading that cursor set to RealWorld's cursor set.
