I’ll give 3.5 half stars for now in however I will review the set once complete the core design of the cursor set looks cool.
I’d of maybe placed the cursor hotspot in the middle of the cursor for the busy role.

I think this looks nice so far, I'll leave a review once the set is completed

Thank you for the review! I intentionally set the hotspot for the busy cursor to the upper left so that the "center of gravity" of the image would remain roughly in place when changing between normal select and busy roles. I felt that visually, this made for a less jarring transition.
That said, I know a lot of busy cursors put the hotspot in the center, and I'm open to making that change if enough people feel strongly about it.

I hadn't done the revisions yet, but I heard about the release and now I've found this set again. I think that even with few cursors here, we already have the essentials to merge them all into an existing list in the mouse configuration window; replacing the others with these and then creating a new title in the confirmation window. It's great to see that you created a model that adapts to Windows Vista, where the new pixels that we have today also in Windows 11 and more begin. That's all.
