Hello in Korean Cursor.cur

• Designated to be used as a Normal Select cursor by right-handed people.
• Static (non-animated) cursor.

The cursor features the Korean phrase 안녕! which in Korean means "Hello!", its color is red and I added a mark on the top right corner that represents the hot spot.
