Binary Enchanced - Cyan & Dark Orange Shadow Cursors

There is another orange the cyan theme modified once again by i486. This time, the theme color is Binary Enchanced - Cyan & Dark Orange Shadow cursor set. This cursor set has 20 cursor roles with most cursors being static and a few of them being animated. This is the continuation of new themes for binary cursors. There is one inverted mouse pointer in this set.

Windows 10 with the latest build number is required to use the Location Select and Person Select cursor roles. You may also use Windows 11, but I would recommend Windows 10 for best performance when using this binary cursor set since Windows 11 is not finished yet. It is still in development. Windows 10 is sufficient enough to use this cursor set without facing any issues.
