Missing Kookoo Cursors

CREDIT TO HAPPYSCRIBBLE!

I downloaded their Kookoo cursor set and noticed it was missing 2 cursors. I am aware these aren't necessary whatsoever and very rarely used nowadays but I figured I would make them anyway in case someone needed them.
