this is an amazing cursor, i totally recommend it!! also, to format it add it to your downloads. then, create a new folder and move them to it. then go to ur settings and find cursor. click the one that you want to change and click browse, after that look or search for the folder that you moved the cursor to. then replace the original one with the new pink cursor. then name ur theme and ur good to go! *note- the instructions are for windows 10 -**
