I made them by using material from a designer. I am not pretending to steal their copyrights but a tribute for his very nice job. If you can contact him, give him my salutes.
We obviously cannot contact the author of the elements you have used here in this set as you have not stated his name or website.
If the material is copy written you should never use it without first obtaining permission from the creator. It is possible to create your own version of the same works without directly copying their artwork. I would suggest still offering some credit to the original author for inspiring you own replicas.
You say you don't pretend to steal the copyright, but you should be able to pretend not to have stolen the copyright! I hope that this was a mistake!
Apart from that, the cursor hotspot of pencil is off.
Most of these cursors make sense. However there is a mistake with the pencil like Ludwig said. Apart from that It works well.
Although I do see something in the 'See also'...
Whatever. I can't think of anything else to say.
