It is just a matter of time before I have a 3rd icon set reach 1000 downloads and then we celebrate!
It could be the Gummy Bear 
or the GM Flower 
icon set.
Whichever set reaches the 1000 download mark first will initiate the drawing.
You don't need to wait for the icon set to reach the 1000 download mark before posting!

I'm top on the last time list. does that mean I was first?!? anyways, I'd like black, if not black I don't care. I think the gummies will be first but you never know, the heart icons could get 3000 before that happens. ;P
When I listed the participants I just listed them in the order that they commented, or so I believe.
In the last drawing there were just two participants.
Guess no one else wanted paint.
In listing winners I list them in the order the names are drawn from the hat.
First name drawn is the 1st place winner and always receives a bit more.
Each subsequent name drawn is given the preferred color of paint if available.
I believe that I have been able to give everyone at least one of the colors they requested.
Fortunately I have had a large quantity of paints and the number of participants has not exceeded the allotted number of winners.
