Slightly better Polygon

The Polygon tool will be a bit better in the future version of RWPaint and other RW apps.

In the current version, the polygon always started with a triangle, in future versions, users will be able to select different starting shapes. The image above demonstrates some of them.

The starting shape will be selected in the tool's configuration panel:

After the initial polygon is created, users will be of course able to modify/add/remove vertices just like in the current version.
