Can someone fix this problem with the 15 puzzle?

So I was just playing the sliding 15 puzzle on this website, and I found this (see attachment). It is not possible to solve a puzzle if just 2 of the pieces are swapped around. Obviously, when it first shuffled the pieces, the program got something wrong. Anyway, just wanted to give general site feedback, and also just say to anyone struggling with the puzzle: if there're 2 pieces swapped, then it's not your fault you can't solve it.

You are right, there was a bug in the javascript code for initial state generation. It should be working now. Thanks for reporting it.

6 and 7 is the wrong way round.
something strange seems to have happened here I've never encountered this problem myself.
