Add back the "cursor from application" feature in RWCursorEditor

I saw it disappear, and it's unfortunate, since other tools that do this job do so in a buggy way, especially with cursors from Microsoft Office dlls and exes; and this version of the tool in RWCursorEditor functions like a dream.

I am not sure it was ever there in any official version, but it is part of the RWDesigner, you can download it using the last link in the list here
