1) Open RW Icon Editor
2) Load any valid icon
3) Click 'Icon' in the menu bar
4) then click 'Customize Application Icon'
5) then choose any executible to change its icon
6) click 'Save'
To customize a shortcut:
1) Right click any shortcut on your desktop, start menu, etc
2) on the 'shortcut' tab, click 'Change Icon'
3) in the change icon window, where it says ' look for icons in this location:' click 'browse'
4) Navigate yourself to the icon file you downloaded
5) double click it
6) There is usually one icon available so click it and click 'OK'
