I have multiple monitors so I was always losing my cursors. Hitting control helped to locate but not losing the cursor would be better. This should help, but if not, I like them anyway.

You have some nice effects on these. I agree some animations would make them way better but animation is never truly necessary. Good color selections too by the way.
