I do believe ive said this before, but, i dont like it when people re-use their normal cursor for the resize cursors without properly readjusting the lighting.

Yes. sixAxis is right. On the move cursor it looks like the light source is coming from four different directions at once. Also, you should make more of them. Especially the more frequently used roles ie: busy, link...
