These are not invisible! They are reverse transparency. Reverse or inverse transparency shows up exactly the opposite color of whatever you mouse over. These work a lot different than they look and I don't see many others like this on the boards. White and black borders make it easier to see on gray backgrounds. Very useful since you can always see, but fun since they change color as you roll over different colors.
how do you make those?
Copy a basic Windows transparent cursor and use it as a starting point. Some operations just don't work so you have to experiment.

You can always see these cursors *except* when the background colour is pure grey, in which case the inverse colour is identical so will not be distinguishable.
