This is my first set. I was inspired by Google's simplicity and uniqueness. Most cursors are arrows, but this is a circle! I recommend you disable the pointer shadow.
Caution: On blue backgrounds, it disappears.

@NormalRarity Why?

4 out of 5 stars.

@daniel10alien Because busy means you have to wait longer and working in background lasts awhile but you can still do more things. Busy should be longer because busy things load more than things that work in the background.

@Virum64 How are they difficult? I thought they might be easier.

@daniel10alien If you put the hot spot in the centre of the circle, you'll lost a lot of precision. You still can click on the big icons but you'll find some difficulties to select a pixel precisely. Well, this is my opinion... Good cursor set though. :-)

Very nice! Only disadvantage: You can't see the hotspot behind the bubble.

4 out of 5 stars.

Quite nice and innovative idea.
I suggest that you use radial gradient fill in that cursors and make the central part more or less transperent around the hotspot then tey would have looked brilliant.
Any way it's a nice idea than the prototypes.
