The default position Cadin is for the default cursor

The *Not animated* sword is for selecting text

The one with the purple dots is for loading in background (It's based on the effect from the mainline games for charging a Soultimate)

The spinning sword is for "busy" mouse (loading)

The one pointing with his sword is for when you hover over links or buttons

The colored arrows are for resizing in each direction
