Compatibility

RealWorld Icon Editor is fully supported on Windows XP and Windows Vista (using the RWIconEditor32.msi installation package). It is also compatible with Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows NT4 SP6, Windows 2003, Windows 98 SE, Windows ME and 64-bit editions of Windows. The application is not supported on these platforms, problems specific to these platforms will not be fixed until next major release. The program will not run on Windows 95 or earlier.

Upgrading

The new installer will automatically uninstall older versions if you use the same installer subtype (9x, 32 (formerly NT), 64). If you switch subtype, youl will need to uninstall the previous version manually.
