The have a nice and smooth surface, I like them :P And I might use the soldier for CSS ;D its not useless if youre playing ego shooters and stuff, its funny But the hearts of the love icon do not seem like they were a part of it, maybe because they dont have a black border line, you could add a second version of that

everyone loves a smiley they are all very smooth shapes and smooth designs, as with the other one which was slightly more pixelated this one is much better, you are obviously listening to peoples comments well done

I think these are absolutely great. I think they are very well done and are better than your first emoticon set.I like the variety of emoticons and the colours used were very well picked. I think that the biggest improvement is the fact that you reduced the noise in this set. I noticed that there was a fair amount of noise in your first set of cursors, but this set seems to be better.The only thing I would like to suggest is that you make them a touch smaller.
