It's the default windows cursors, but left handed.
I don't know actually; maybe a glitch?

guys someone should make a normal windows 10 default cursor that would mean a lot!

Actually, it can work with 24-bit, 16-bit and 8-bit, BUT NOT 32-BIT. Also, please fix the hotspots, and I'll give +1 
.
@StickyChannel92 I fixed the Working in Background and help select hotspot, but it still shows the help select as off for me.
