I have requested Hopachi on the TenForums.com website to create a Rainbow Deluxe cursor set. I have been blessed for that because Hopachi created the whole set based in a very similar color transitioning effect similarly to the Rainbow cursor set I have here on the RealWorld website from the link below:

This cursor set is fully animated. Each and every part of the cursors have full rainbow color transitions with all the colors of the rainbow as we say. All the colors follow in a slow, smooth transitional effect just like in a rainbow color matrix. This allows for the very best experience of the cursors when used by users. This cursor set comes complete with 19 cursor roles for use in Windows 10.

Please be aware that users will need to have at least the 19H1 build of Windows 10 to be able to install and use the "Location Select" and "Person Select" cursor roles. Newer builds of Windows 10 are more stable, more secure and more versatile with more features, so I recommend that at least the 19H1 build is installed prior to installing this "Rainbow Deluxe" cursor set.

The "Busy" and "Working In Background" cursor roles have a dazzling candy-like round swirling spinner which brings a unique look and feel to those cursors. That's one of the animation features that brings a array of pizzazz to jazz up the look and feel of themes in Windows 10. This Rainbow Deluxe cursor set would fit in extremely well with rainbow themes. All the cursors in this cursor zip file are in the same size and appearance as the default Windows 10 cursors so that users can enjoy a very modern experience when using this Rainbow Deluxe cursor set in their Windows 10 operating system. You will like the color effects, for sure.

Hopachi stated on the TenForums.com website that he successfully managed to assemble all the cursor pieces together. Since I did not create this cursor set, all the credits goes to Hopachi.
