A very good start :-). I have deleted the previous set and merged the description. You can edit you own set by clicking an "Edit" link, that is located on the page with the list of cursor sets (here in your case).

Pretty good. You have a nice, original, and uniform design here. Good job on filling all of the roles! About the only suggestion I have is on the working in background cursor. It doesn't really matter if you cant tell where your hotspot is on your busy cursor, but for the working cursor it's nice to know where it is. It's really hard to tell where it is if your pointer is spinning and you have no other arrow. Maybe that's just me...

Anyway good job!
