Markus Persson (notch), the author of Minecraft, a popular building game (get some fan-made Minecraft icons or Minecraft cursors), is working on a new title called Scrolls.

The name Scrolls annoyed another game producer you may know, Bethesda, the author of the good old The Elder Scrolls series. And they decided to sue for trademark infringement. Well, I hope RockStar, author of Red Dead Redemption would not do the same and sue everyone, who uses the word red.

Anyway, law suits are a waste of money and so Notch decided to challenge Bethesda to a Quake duel to settle the dispute. Way to go!
