This is a great tool. So easy to access and use anywhere. "Icon for Windows 7 or Vista" -option cannot be used though. Because the icon looks messed up in size 32x32. But that it easy to work around by just putting every possible icon size imaginable in the "Custom sizes" -option. That kind of option should be there by default imo.
