it was probably larger than 1 mb. Most BMPs are close to one megabyte but can easily be bigger.

Make sure the end of the picture says .jpg .png .gif .bmp, so for example if my picture (or commonly called image) name is icon, it must show for example one of these names: icon.png or icon.gif or icon.bmp or icon.jpg, if it doesn't end with that you need to convert :-D

For that you would have to own a digital signature. Just uncheck the option to ask every time - it should be there somewhere (depending on your Windows).

Really useful and simple, and for those who say otherwise, yes there ARE transparency and shadows, if they are in the picture you're trying to "iconize" The system can't decide where do you want transparency, so move your ass and work with photoshop! And i hate hearing "i am pro and i know everything and this is shit because i say so" Do i give a shit about that?!
