OK, I changed the thickness and added a focal point to precision select, for precision. As well, I shaved the text select thinner and added some transparency. Also, I modified the the role designation names to meet the requirements.

I like the help cursor, too.

The precision cursor is a little thick at 4 px. A good Precision (or Precision Select) Cursor should make it easy to select one pixel precisely. A transparent center window or lowering the thickness of the crosshairs would help in this case.

Otherwise, nice set.
Seems to meet all requirements for the TOTM contest.

Great set, I really like the style, almost looks like that classic RWD 3D style. I also really like the unavailable cursor lol. A more traditional handwriting cursor would be nice though.
