The fire effects were created by a little testing script that might make it into the next version of the cursor editor.

hey, so, the fire effect is in the version i have, but i am not able to put the fire in part of the cursor, it just puts fire in the whole cursor. will we be able to put fire on part of the cursor later on?
Look at the fire effect wizard description. ...if a cursor has more than 1 layer, the top layer is the fire source; so create a new layer and draw pixels, where you want the fire in that layer
